Halosys Technologies has launched a special Drupal and LAMP support package for enterprises.

Package offerings:
Part A: Server Matters (IT)

• Standard server support for LAMP (Linux Apache MySql PHP) based  web sites. It includes – (Apache installation with default modules, PHP installation with default extensions, MySQL default installation with its default capabilities).

Part B: Roles & Responsibilities (IT) for monthly support contract 

• Weekly transfer of database and website backup to be taken on the production server to separate ftp location.
• Raw log for Web server, MySQL and SysLog once in a month (twice on request)
• Manual website monitoring on a daily basis and observe the site speed and other important aspects of web.
• Regular server updates will be done as per predefined schedule.

Part C: Site maintenance

• Issues reported or found would be analyzed and fixed; fixing effort will be counted in the engineering hrs included in the monthly support.
• Any server side scripting that might be required for support purposes is included.
